Returns and Exchanges Policy

As tea is considered a food item, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for tea products. However, if your order arrives damaged, stained, or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to return a defective item

Your item must be unused and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

Steps:

1.  Contact us or email us at hello@kyozen.com with:

Your order number
A photo of the defective item and parcel
Include in your return package a signed note explaining the reason for your return.

2.  Once approved, we’ll send you a postage airbill to print and placed to your parcel.

Shipping Fee For Return

We will not be able to cover any additional costs from using a different courier service or if you opt for express delivery.

For all returns, please contact us at first, we will arrange the postage for your return order and provide you with the necessary shipping label.

Return Exceptions

Any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
